A LADY WITH HER COURAGE MADE THE BEST USE OF EVERYTHING
Life is always full of surprises. life of a person is just like ECG, with a smooth or tough situation at a time. Interestingly, everyone is there with various traits and a distinct mindset. some are like stone and water and some are weak enough, can't face any situation.
let's come to the point. 2020 is that year with lots of tough situations. Some people face this year with lots of courage and enthusiasm. I will be sharing one story with you.
Anuradha Mehra, one of my inspirations. Luckily, she is a teacher of economics. The Story starts with the lockdown when everyone was stuck in the house. Gradually, with the passing of the lockdown people were losing hope and enthusiasm. Anuradha mam is the kind of person, don't waste her time. Just like normal days, she not only started taking online classes but also made her app to facilitate her beloved students with recorded lectures, study material along with the test.
This is just the beginning of her story. Within this lockdown period, She kept herself engage with healthy living. She not only keeps herself fit by doing yoga but also motivates people to take a step towards a healthy life. For that, she engages in online yoga classes for people. In fact, she started her youtube channel named 'HUMYOG', to facilitate people with health solutions (yoga). During the lockdown, she participated in the Punjab yoga competition and won 1st prize (Above 40 years of age category).
