HEALING THE  HIDDEN WOUNDS





We are affected in our life due to one or the other reason. Due to that, we feel bad and not able to move on. Ultimately, our productivity is reduced, not able to achieve what we wanted.

Tips to overcome these hidden wounds:-

1. Past-weird experience- Usually, we remember our past weird experience. For instance, bullying, bad relationship experiences, losing your dear ones who are close to you, or any worst childhood experience, etc. My buddies, why to open those chapters of our life, which has no relevance in the present. Those chapters hurt us when we recall them.

2. Let's flourish beautiful memories- Life is full of bad and good experiences. Unlike the bad experience, let's flourish the beautiful memories. After this, we will feel great and it will create positive vibes around us. For instance, our childhood memories with our grandparents and parents, Appreciation by the school teacher, summer vacation with cousins at grandparent's house.

3. Forgive the person, Remember the lesson- Sometimes, it happens we have fought or misunderstanding with someone. Due to that, we are not able to move on with forgiving that person. Do we know who is affected more after that problem? My buddies, it's us who is affected more in this because it hurts us again and again. That remains with us and we feel bad due to hidden wounds. So, forgive the person and keep those lessons with us which we learned. Ultimately, we deserve peace.
