Do we know what helps us to grow in a real sense? Who has a direct impact on our success or on our performance? That is ''CRITICISM''.

Criticism has a great role to play in life. Criticism is something that takes us from the starting point to the ending point. Criticizers are the ones who know us well. Criticism actually supports us in improving each day. As we all know that we usually appreciate ourselves and not able to see another side of the picture. It is the criticizes who help us in achieving our goals. 

Just listen to these criticisms and evaluate them in a positive way. 

Both kinds of persons help us to reach our destination. That is one who supports us (looking positive points) and the other criticizes (show us the loop whole).

Sometimes, our parents want to improve us and we take that in another way. that is not right. They are our true well-wishers and want to improve us to the extent of perfection. If we don't have the patience to listen to our parents. Then we can't see the ladder to growth given by Parents.

''JUST TAKE OUR CRITICISMS IN A POSITIVE WAY BECAUSE EITHER THEY JEALOUS FROM US OR THEY ARE SUPRISE WITH OUR GROWTH AND THEY GIVE HIGHER TARGET FOR THE GROWTH. TAKING THESE POINTS IN A POSITIVE WAY, WE WILL WIN THE SITUATION. WE ALSO GET ENERGY FROM THEM TO IMPROVE OURSELVES.''

This is in the real sense ''a ladder to growth'' if we have eyes to see this ladder.  

So, from now if anyone criticizes us. Just take it in a positive way.
