REMINDING OUR INNER POWER



 Life is a combination of mixed experiences i.e excitement, anger, fear, fun, etc. Sometimes, some situations are difficult to handle. Starting is always harder. If we consider the journey of college life, hostel life. We are supposed to face a lot of situations that are not in control. Something new is going to happen in our life.


''LIFE IS A SONG, SING IT. LIFE IS A STRUGGLE, ACCEPT IT.''

My buddies, this will be going to happen. But, the interesting thing is it's in our control how to handle the situation. 

SOME TIPS TO OVERCOME THESE SITUATIONS:-

1.POSITIVE SELF-TALK- Positive self-talk is one of the tools that can help us out. Usually, we are trapped in negative thoughts that make the situation worse. That can be replaced with positive self-talk. For instance, During examination days, negative thoughts prevail in our minds or we doubt our ability to perform well. To get positive results, there is a need for positive self-talk. 

2. SHARPEN OUR AXE- Sharp our axe is a concept which means getting a break from continuing work and updating our powers and tools to do our work with more spending and updating knowledge. Everyone has different tools for sharping our axe according to their requirements. For instance, Music, Hangout their friends, etc.

3. OUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS - Our accomplishments can work for us. Here, we are discussing past achievements. My buddies, remember if we achieved in past, we can do now also. Just that we need to remember our power.

This is the best example of reminding the powers of SUNDAR KHAND, RAMAYANA

''Hanuman Ji is reminded by Jambavant Ji of his astronomical powers. He encounters many obstacles during his journey which he intelligently overcomes. He discovers Mother Sita imprisoned in Ashok Vatika.''

The only difference is Hanuman Ji's powers were reminded by Jambavant Ji but we will have to remind our powers ourselves in our life to do miracles.
