THE POWER OF TIME  AND MANAGEMENT

Do you know how people reach their destination in a short span of time? How they manage efficiently? They use a technique named 

'' TIME MANAGEMENT". 

We wonder how people are about to manage distinct tasks, yet achieve more and more. This is done by adopting passionate time management. 

My buddies, everyone is having 24 hrs with them whether rich or poor. It's upon us how to manage our 24 hrs. It is an art and Be an artist.

'' ORDINARY PEOPLE THINK MERELY OF SPENDING TIME. GREAT PEOPLE THINK OF USING IT''

1. PLAN YOUR DAY- It's crucial to plan our day beforehand. So, make a plan of tasks that we suppose to do whether in the day or at night. This will help out. In fact, we will be able to perform that work, which we forget to perform. We should make that plan which we can follow easily (flexible).

2. PRIORITIZE OUR TASK -For managing our tasks in a better way, it's important to prioritize our tasks. My buddies, prioritizing our task according to the importance. For instance, important should be done first and least important to be done later on.

3. REDUCE OUR TIME ON UNNECESSARY THINGS-  Sometimes, our time is used somewhere else, where we should not invest. Be particular while investing our time. Fix our time for the tasks including our mobile phone and laptop. 

4. PUNCTUALITY AS A HABIT- The most important thing is to be punctual. Make a habit to do tasks on time whether for meetings or hangout with friends. Therefore, these small efforts will manage our life. For instance, fixing sleep time and wake up time.

5. FOCUS ON THE CURRENT TASK- Focus on the current task is important to follow. This will help us to complete our tasks early. In fact, we are supposed to give maximum time to that task. For instance, listening to the teacher in the class will help us and we are not supposed to give more time to that lesson later on.
