ANGER: A DEADLY SEDUCTION


Do you know any emotion that is harmful to your life? That can destroy your image and can harm us more than acid? 
''ANGER''

Anger is that emotion which is harmful to our life. Something which affects our image. It's something which destroys our relations. If it is not controlled, it can have a negative impact on our life.

Anger is something which can change our life. If, used in the right direction.

There are situations where we can't control our Anger. For instance, Someone hurt us a lot with their words. Replying with anger is not a perfect solution. And it can make us feel as we are at the mercy of powerful emotion. We can prove ourselves with our actions. When we are in the examination hall, remembering their words and then, start our action. Indeed, we can use that anger in a positive way.

You know, Replying to anyone's angry with bad words or in a destructive way can create problems or that situation we can't control.

Remember, we do not respond with anger.

Can anger solve our problems? or is it the root of many other problems?

Tips to control anger:-

1. COUNT DOWN

Count down up to 10. If we are still not able to control our angry, count down up to 100 to calm our mind. 

2. PLAY SOME TUNES-

Play some tunes can help to control our anger to some extent. Any tune can be used whether emotional or happy. It must be according to us.
Put in earbuds or Listening to our favorite song can relieve us from anger.

3. BE PROACTIVE- Be proactive is the best option that one can use. My buddies, actually we know when and where we are angry. We can prepare beforehand. When we know where and when we are out of control. We can control our minds that we are not supposed to that.

4. WRITE IN OUR JOURNAL- Writing a journal can provide us a solution. When we can't say, perhaps we can write. Jot down what we are feeling and how we want to respond. this can help to calm down our anger. 

5. EXPRESS OUR ANGER IN DIFFERENT WAY-Expressing is important actually to tell what we feel. There are many ways to express beyond anger.  We can calmly tell the problem and what we are feeling. Learn to remain calm.
