MENTAL HEALTH: AWAKENING CONCEPT IN 2020



Do we feel awkward when any uncertain situation happens to us? That makes us feel like this day is not our day? 
All this awakens the importance of mental health.

The importance of  Body Health is of foremost significance. Mental health is another important issue that we must discuss. 

This 2020 has made us realize the importance of mental health. As with the passage of time, we have to face all the things in our life. This 2020 is the time with lots of uncertainty and unexpected situations that makes us feel awkward. This shows the importance of mental health awakens with 2020.

IMPORTANCE OF MENTAL HEALTH

1. With this mental health, we can face everything in our life. Indeed, we can handle any situation.

2. Mental Health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act.

3.  It also helps determine how we overcome stress, relate to others, and make choices.

MENTAL PROBLEMS IN LIFE JOURNEY

Life is a beautiful journey. Indeed, our soul is a combination of both mental and body health. Mental aspects include the emotional aspect, psychological aspect, and many more. Mind problems are the ones that restrict us to enjoy our beautiful journey and those elements are overthinking, fear, jealousy, insecurity. There are ones with which are supposed to win with. 

My buddies, Our lord has created these aspects(insecurity, overthinking) to judge us in the examination conducted by our lord. We are supposed to compete ourselves with these emotions to order to live our life to the fullest.

MENTAL HEALTH CONNECTED WITH BODILY PROBLEMS

Our body is strongly connected with the mind. All started with mind. Mental health is a must to stay away from bodily problems. Just try to stay away from mental problems. It includes overthinking, fear, insecurity.

Let's do it before the end of this year 2020.

TIPS TO OVERCOME MENTAL ISSUES:-

1. TAKE 30 MINUTES TO GO FOR A WALK IN NATURE- My buddies, have a walk in nature in order to take a break and we will free relax. Just try.

2. PRACTICE FORGIVENESS- Sometimes, it happens we have some dispute with someone that make us feel sad, just forgive that person and remember the lessons. My buddies, forgiving someone in order to have inner peace( lower our heart). Indeed, removing grudges from the heart actually provides us peace. we take our heart's responsibility.

3. BE A TOURIST IN OUR TOWN- Just have drive and enjoy our own company. Visit the restaurant and enjoy it in order to stop those thoughts.

4.HAS SOMETHING BEEN BOTHERING US? JUST WRITE ON A PIECE OF PAPER- To know more, check at the end. A task is added to our today's blog.

5.DANCE IN OUR ROOM WHILE CLOSING LIGHTS AND DOOR TOO. DISCONNECTING WITH THE WORLD AND CONNECT WITH WORLD INSIDE US
- We party with our people. Just like that, we can dance in our room. Close the lights and door along with switch on the songs. Just enjoy our own company.

6.TAKE TIME TO LAUGH- My buddies, laughing is another therapy to overcome stress.
 

7.ENJOY OUR CHILDHOOD HOBBY WHEN WE NEED A BREAK- Everyone has some hobby that they enjoy during their childhood. My buddies, Just do that. 
For instance, some like cricket or some like sketching. Activity according to our choice. 


8. CALL TO OUR PSYCHOLOGIST- My buddies, our closed ones are just like a psychologist. Just talk to them, can sort our situation.

9. WHEN LOADED WITH NEGATIVE THOUGHTS (OVERTHINKING) & JUST CALL THAT PERSON WHOM WE HAVE THOSE THOUGHTS. Just sort out our issues in order to relax ourselves.

10. HAVE A SOUND SLEEP TO STOP THOSE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS- Sometimes, we are stress just because of overthinking. Actually that issue is not serious, we have made it serious because of our overthinking. Just have a sound sleep in order to stop this overthinking to relax our mind. or Listen to our favorite song (not sad song)

 APPRECIATION MOMENT FOR OUR 2020 ACHIEVERS

The ones who were mentally strong, have face this situation(2020) with ease. They did marvelous in 2020. Just because of this mental health. My buddies, Let's together appreciate our 2020 achievers. 

LET'S TAKE 2021'S RESOLUTION IS TO BE MENTALLY STRONG WHATEVER THE SITUATION WILL BE.

ALERT- DON'T START 2021 WITH NEGATIVE THOUGHTS. JUST START FRESH.

INSTEAD SAY, '' BEST YEAR 2021''

TODAY'S TASK- HAVE A PIECE OF PAPER AND PEN. JUST WRITE THE NEGATIVE FEELING/ THOUGHTS THAT MAKE US FEEL DOWN AND WHATEVER WE FEEL. THEN, TEAR THAT PAPER. WE WILL FEEL RELAX
(JUST TRANSFER THOSE FEELINGS WHEN DON'T WANT TO SHOW WITH ANYONE).
