TRACK OUR EMOTIONS & REACH WHERE WE INSPIRE TO GO


Our emotions define us as human beings. Emotions are created within the various circumstances that are based on our past experiences. Those emotions can be negative or positive. Something uncertain happens to us. That particular situation indulges us in overthinking. That leads to a situation where we don't know what and why it is happening to us. 

Here, we feel displeased, and somewhat that leads to wastage of time with a feeling of uncertainty. This shows how it is important to track our emotions and minds.
 
IMPORTANCE OF TRACKING OUR EMOTIONS
 
1.The key for us is emotional intelligence: knowing what emotions are, how they work, and how to use them and manage them for social interaction and learning.

2. Emotions are highly important as it tells how we feel and with the help of that, we can predict our future.

WAYS TO TRACK OUR EMOTIONS

1.POSITIVE SELF-TALK- Positive self-talk is the best option that we can go for when we not able to track our emotions. 

For instance, we are dealing with this, asking ourselves, ''how we are feeling? what is happening with us? what indulges us in this situation?

2. TALKING WITH CLOSED ONES - This is another option that we can choose. Hearing our voice is the thing that requires them to understand what is going on with us.

3.RECOGNISE THE PATTERN - Recognise the pattern is most important that can give us solutions. Recognize the activity or habit that leads us in these circumstances. Just overcome these in order to bring us to that perfect situation. Making small changes in our routine can make us feel happy.

4. ROOT CAUSE- The root cause is something that needs to be trapped. Sometimes, it happens that we don't know what is happening to us. My buddies, just see the reason when and why we feel about these situations. Try to eliminate that element in order to stay happy.

TRACKING OUR EMOTIONS & VISUALIZATION

Tracking our emotions is of great significance. 
This can be used to achieve our goals. Emotions are somewhat that is connected with our wants. My Buddies, just use those emotions to create our life with the help of visualization. Just exaggerate our emotions and with the help of visualization, reach our goals. Try to do this therapy once a day to reach our dreams quickly. 

My buddies, In order to identify/predict our future, we can track our emotions and thoughts. This can be used, whenever needed. This technique can be used in order to come back to the track(journey of goals).

Today's task-
Let's play a game where we are supposed to pick a word that reflects a current mood. Just be honest with ourselves. So, let's get started.
