STARTING ANOTHER YEAR 2021 WITH SUPERPOWER: OUR HABIT


Is everything going according to our desire? Our desire, indeed our goals for life?
Or it disturbed with covid-19?

Habit is something that is most important in our life.
Maybe thinking about how?
Yes, My buddies. It is mandatory in our lives and to live a respectable and prosperous life which we wanted to live. 

 MOTIVATION & HABIT

Motivation is the foremost step to lead a successful life. Habit is another step that helps us to cross those steps( ladder to success) of life. Indeed, we can beat achieve anything and everything.

IMPORTANCE OF HABIT

✨Habit is something which we repeatedly do and continue doing that act lead to Habit.

✨Habit highlights our personality as it reflects our personal traits and choices.

COVID19 & HABIT  

In the era of COVID-19, being in house... Are we living a normal life which we used to live before covid-19? Is that life affected our habits?

Yes, My buddies. Covid-19 affected our life too much extent. Covid-19 has made us remain in four walls of the house. Unintentionally, it has changed our life. In fact, it not only changed our life but only changed the direction of our life.

My buddies, Analysis of our daily routine and Check the habit which is affecting our life. There are many factors or habits that make us feel stressed all around.

Replacing that habit with a new habit can change the direction of our life which was earlier disturbed due to unwanted habits in life.

It's the perfect time to solve it. Till it's too late.

Let's cultivate a new habit in 2021.

What a coincidence, we are in 2021 and scientifically, It takes 21 days to establish a new habit.

Maybe thinking about how we can substitute the habit?

Just get the perfect substitute. Try to understand the Root-cause of doing that thing that leads to that habit.

After knowing the root-cause, It is easy to change that habit. 

For instance, if we smoke. Just reach the root-cause to remove that habit.

Create motivation for ourselves and change that habit. My buddies, just motivate ourselves by showing the negative factor of that habit.

Let's do one thing. Just Substitute a new Habit with Old unwanted ones. 

 
LIFE AFTER COVID19

Unintentionally, we cultivated some good habits and bad habits in covid19 and lockdown. No matter what the situation was, it happened. Somewhat we are supposed to change old habits( unwanted ones) that we cultivated in lockdown. 

As this covid19 is about to end. It is time to come back to our normal routine. It is important to realize that we must change our unwanted habits created in lockdown to come back to our track.

Let's do it now.

TODAY'S TASK- JUST CULTIVATE A NEW HABIT THAT IS MANDATORY FOR US. CHOOSE A HABIT WHICH WE WILL CREATE. CONTINUE IT FOR 21 DAYS.

AFTER THAT HABIT, CREATE ANOTHER HABIT.

''CHANGE OUR HABITS, CHANGE OUR LIFE.''
