HOW TO FOCUS ON WHAT WE WANTED TO MAKE IT HAPPEN IN OUR LIFE


DOES IT HAPPENS WITH US LIKE WE WANTED TO ACHIEVE OUR GOALS IN LIFE? STUCK WITH DELIMMA EITHER WE ARE ABLE TO ACHIEVE OR NOT? DOES IT STOP US TO HAVE HIGHER DREAMS?

WHY WE DON'T GET WHAT WE WANTED

IT HAPPENS WITH US THAT WE ARE NOT SURE THAT WE GIVE GET THAT THING OR NOT. THIS IS THE FIRST REASON BEHIND NOT ACHIEVING. STARTING SOMETHING WITH UNSURE THOUGHTS WILL NEVER MAKE OUR GOALS HAPPEN.

FOCUS ON OUR GOALS, NOT ON OUR FEARS

IN FACT, WE LISTEN TO PEOPLE'S CONVERSATION THAT MAKES US FEEL LITTLE SCARY REGARDING  OUR MISSION.

FOR INSTANCE, WE ARE PLANNING TO CRACK CAT EXAM FOR MBA. LISTENING TO PEOPLE MAKES US FEEL THAT IT MIGHT BE DIFFICULT TO CRACK EXAM.

SHARING SOME TIPS THAT CAN HELP US TO FOCUS ON WHAT WE WANTED TO ACHIEVE

1. Make a habit to recall what we wanted- This is one of the most important that we are supposed to do. Recalling is amazing if we do it with positive touch.

2. Attach our goals with soul needs- Every soul has its inner needs. Associate our goal with that. We will be able to achieve it as soon as possible. Attaching our goal with soul needs can help us to focus on our goal and make it happen.

For instance, Someone wants to crack the UPSC exam in order to make their parents proud. In that terms, that person wants to make his/her parents proud is his/her soul needs.

3. Autosuggestion- Suggestions have a great impact on our lives. If someone's negative suggestions can have a negative impact. Let's suggest to ourselves that can make our dreams happen. 

For instance, if we give suggestions that can make us achieve our desire. Saying something positive in the morning, '' we will take another step in order to achieve.''

ALWAYS REMEMBER, OUR FOCUS DETERMINE OUR REALITY.

4. Surround ourselves with an environment that can refocus when we distract from our mission- Our surroundings have an impact on our lives. Try to have an environment that can refocus us when we get distracted. 

5. Done something remarkable each day to achieve that mission- Sometimes, we feel like we will not be able to achieve that goal. We can do something that can probably help us to achieve and make us confident that we can achieve what we dreamed. For achieving our goal, taking few steps daily can make us confident and provide a sense of satisfaction that can make it happen.

6. Plan a challenge that can be associated with our goal - Challenges are an important part of life. As we know, god provide challenges in our life that help us to grow. In the same way, we can create challenges that we can associate in order to achieve our goal.

For instance, we want to lose weight. we can challenge ourselves to do numerous steps ( 7000-10000) each day. This can provide us challenges along with twists to achieve what we wanted.
My buddies, we can have different and interesting challenges to make our journey more beautiful.
