This is one of the most important relation among all the other relationships. The person with whom we spend the maximum time. In fact, we start our life with and with whom we take our last breath. This is the relation which has the power to change the rest of our life.

SHARING SOME TIPS TO MAKE THAT RELATIONSHIP STRONG:-
1. UNDERSTAND OURSELVES - We always feel like someone should be there to understand us. We forget the fact that we have already that someone who can understand us. That person is facing the issue and that person can understand us more than anyone else. So, we know we are facing that issue, and we can understand better.
Just say to ourselves, '' we are always there to understand us.''This will make us feel better.
2. BE AWARE OF OUR OWN THOUGHTS - This is another aspect that is going to reflect our relationship with ourselves.
There might be situations when we are not aware of our own thoughts.
The feeling can help us to come to the conclusion.
Having positive feelings will make you feel better and vice-versa.
Just ask ourselves, How we are feeling?
Just like we ask any close friend of ours.
What kind of advice we give to ourselves at what time reflects us as a person. Sometimes, with the stick or with the smile. It is important to know when to use which equipment. It is crucial for us to respond to ourselves wisely.
3. BREAK TO OURSELVES- There are situations when we get tired of everything. That can be a relationship, work, life. Sometimes, there is an issue that stops us from doing anything. The first thing that we can do is to accept that fact. Just try to keep ourselves busy in any activity. In a situation like this, we usually don't want to do anything.
Keep ourselves busy with the activity we love to do. This can make that situation soothing.

6. MINDSET AND SELF - As we are focusing on the relationship with ourselves, Mindset and Self are connected. Our mind is influenced by the things happening in the world. Remember, Mindset has a great role to play in our entire life. Just keep ourselves away from easily influenced by the outside world. As Society manipulates us, it can influence our mindset. Just keep our mindset secure in order to not easily affected due to society.
The day we have beautiful relation with ourselves. From that day, we will not feel lonely. In fact, we will enjoy our company too.
